Certified Rac Sports Exec Class of 2026 Launches with Sold-Out Cohorts
March 10, 2026
Mt Pleasant, SC — McMahon Careers has launched the Certified Racquet Sports Executive (CRSE) Class of 2026, marking another milestone year for the industry-leading leadership development program. For the seventh consecutive year, the CRSE program has sold out — underscoring the growing demand for executive-level education within the racquet sports industry. In addition, 2026 represents the second year in a row that the program has filled two cohorts within the same calendar year.
The CRSE program helps prepare high-performing racquets professionals to lead programs, manage teams, and think strategically at an executive level. Over the course of the program, participants engage in immersive classroom sessions, peer collaboration, and executive-focused curriculum that connects technical expertise, operational management, and leadership development.
“The two fully subscribed classes reflect the continued shift in our industry,” said Mark McMahon, founder and president of McMahon Careers. “Racquets professionals are recognizing that technical skill alone is not enough. They want the strategic, financial, and leadership tools required to direct successful programs and shape the future of the industry.”
Previous graduates of the program have gone on to serve in leadership roles across private clubs, commercial facilities, public facilities and multi-site organizations, nationwide — contributing to stronger operations, clearer strategic vision, and elevated member experiences.
