K-Swiss Announces Sales Force Evolution During 60th Anniversary Year

February 6, 2026

Glendale, CA — K-Swiss, the #1 court performance footwear brand in the US, continues to invest in its future during its 60th anniversary year with a strategic evolution of its sales organization. The brand announced several key appointments and territory expansions designed to strengthen regional coverage and support continued growth across tennis and pickleball.

The company has appointed Dustin Perry as Head of Sales, U.S. Performance. Perry brings more than 25 years of experience, including 12 years in the tennis industry with Prince Racquet Sports, followed by 13 years leading Oakley’s Global Military wholesale business, where he built and scaled high-performance wholesale teams. A former All-American tennis player, Perry returns to the racquet industry with a personal connection to the brand—K-Swiss was the first company to sponsor him as a junior player. His connection to the category also extends to pickleball, with his wife competing professionally.

In his new role, Perry will lead U.S. performance footwear & apparel sales with a strong focus on nationwide salesforce evolution, specialty partnership growth, and continued expansion across tennis and pickleball.

K-Swiss also welcomes Elizabeth Shaw as Sales Representative for Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. Shaw brings deep experience across both retail and wholesale, having started her career as a buyer for Neiman Marcus before transitioning into wholesale sales. She was later recruited to the Lucky in Love team, where she spent the past two and a half years growing the business into one of the brand’s top-performing territories.

The company also announced that Kevin Klabunde has joined K-Swiss and will lead Arizona, Southern California, Utah, and Southern Nevada. Klabunde brings more than 25 years of industry experience representing leading racquet and paddle sports brands and is widely respected for his relationships with specialty retailers, clubs, and tournament partners throughout the Western U.S. The announcement was made Perry, who cited Klabunde’s & Shaw’s extensive experience across tennis and pickleball as a key driver of the appointments.

Also, K-Swiss has named Ryan Broccolo as its new Athlete Partnerships & Sports Marketing Manager. Broccolo will join the Global Performance Category.  His responsibilities include managing professional racquet sports athletes and overseeing Performance marketing efforts such as event activations, sponsorships, photoshoots, and in-store marketing.

In addition to these new appointments, K-Swiss announced expanded responsibilities for two longtime sales leaders. Lisa English will expand her K-Swiss territory to include North Carolina and portions of South Carolina, while Dave Wahlgren will expand his coverage to include Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, and Maryland. These expansions further reinforce K-Swiss’s commitment to service, consistency, and long-term partnerships within the specialty channel.
