Wesley Chapel, FL — March 20, 2026 — The Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) announces that Martin van Daalen has stepped down from his role as Chief Executive Officer, effective March 18th, 2026.

Martin has played a valuable role in supporting PTR’s mission to educate, certify, and serve racquet sports coaches, helping guide the organization as it enters its 50th anniversary year.

“On behalf of the PTR Board of Directors, I would like to sincerely thank Martin for his dedication and service to PTR,” said Lynne Rolley, PTR Board Chair. “We are grateful for his leadership and the contributions he has made to our organization, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”

Lynne Rolley has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. She brings decades of experience to the role, including a distinguished career as a touring professional representing the United States and competing at the highest levels of the sport, including Grand Slam events. Following her playing career, Rolley became one of the most influential figures in international coach development, serving in leadership roles such as Director of Women’s Tennis for the USTA and coaching the Fed Cup Team, Pan American Games, and U.S. National Teams around the world.

“PTR has a proud legacy and an important role in the global racquet sports community,” said Rolley. “I look forward to working closely with the Board, our staff, and our members as we build on that foundation and continue to elevate coaching standards around the world.”

PTR will provide further updates on leadership and strategic initiatives in the coming weeks.
