USPTA Extends Playmate Agreement in Tennis and Adds Pickleball
LAKE NONA, FL, Aug. 3, 2023 — The USPTA will extend its agreement with Playmate Tennis Machines for three years. As of the agreement, Playmate will continue to serve as the Official Ball Machine of the USPTA and will now also serve as the Official Pickleball Ball Machine of the USPTA.
“Playmate Ball Machines is excited to extend this agreement with the USPTA,” said Anna Norris, CFO of Metaltek. “With this continued partnership, we support the USPTA’s vision by manufacturing the best products with features that teaching professionals need. The addition of the Playmate Pickleball Machine allows us to meet the growth into other racquet sports.”
Playmate has been the Official Ball Machine of the USPTA since 2017 and has committed to serving its tennis-teaching professionals into 2026.

And, they have been an ardent supporter of the USPTA for even longer,” said USPTA CEO John Embree. “If you need a ball machine, they’re the best.
