In addition to providing global fans live streams from all 12 courts, TennisONE will be showcasing dynamic pinch-and-zoom draws and will introduce fans to its CrowdView LIVE video streams, which allow daily opportunities to interact with other fans, team coaches, star guests, and the best players in college tennis.
“It is really exciting to be working with TennisOne and the NCAA to enhance the delivery of this year’s NCAA Division 1 Tennis Championships,” said Tim Cass, Head of Collegiate Tennis, USTA. “The NCAA Championships are the pinnacle of college tennis and to be able to share this event with TennisONE’s following of global tennis fans is great for the sport.”
As the Mobile App of the 2021 NCAA D1 Tennis Championships, TennisONE will deliver the ultimate and most comprehensive on- and off-court streaming experience for fans around the world. The mobile app fan experience has never been more important for the NCAA’s marquee tennis event as fewer fans will have access to the event grounds per current NCAA COVID-19 protocols.
“This agreement provides another platform to enhance the student-athlete experience for those competing in the championships,” said Jamie Mitchell, Division 1 Men’s and Women’s Tennis Committee chair and Associate Athletics Director for Event Management and Facilities at Colgate. “It is also an additional opportunity for fans of NCAA men’s and women’s tennis to view the tournament, and a chance for growth of the sport.”
“We are elated to be partnering with the NCAA as the Mobile App and Live Streaming Partner of the 2021 NCAA Division 1 Tennis Championships,” said TennisONE CEO, Kristin Geer. “In this unique time for tennis, TennisONE is here to help college tennis fans get everything they want from the tournament site in the comfort of their own homes. We, along with the NCAA and USTA, cannot wait to help fans from all over the world enjoy all of the access and content from this exciting event.”
