Wianno Club in Mass. Names DiSesa Director of Racquets
Wianno Club in Osterville, Mass., has named David DiSesa as Director of Racquets. DiSesa, a graduate of Florida State University and a USPTA certified professional, joins Wianno after serving as Head Tennis Professional at The Misquamicut Club in Watch Hill, R.I., for the past five summer seasons.
In the winter, DiSesa was the Junior Tennis Coordinator at PGA National Resort and Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. Prior to that he held positions at Tarratine Club of Dark Harbor in Isleboro, Maine and Ibis Golf and Country Club in West Palm Beach, Fla. DiSesa is also a PPR certified Pickleball Professional.
BeyondTheBaselines.com was appointed to manage and conduct a nationwide search from which was garnered 54 candidates for the position. “After creating a thorough job description with club management, David filled the desired membership needs and club requirements” said Ed Shanaphy, President of BeyondTheBaselines.com. “David was a leading candidate throughout the process, which included two search committee interviews and then the on-court portion of the search process.”
“David’s pedigree and experience at elite clubs such as The Misquamicut Club showed through during the interview process,” said Shanaphy.
Wianno Club, established in 1916, boasts 600 family members with approximately 400 adult tennis players and 200 junior tennis players.
