Har-Tru to Launch Acrylic Sports Coatings Line

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (Nov. 26, 2018) – Har-Tru, LLC is excited to announce that Paul Harris has joined the company to serve as the Sports Coatings Manager. Har-Tru has been focusing on developing and launching their acrylic Sports Coatings line of products, and Harris will be leading this segment of the business for Har-Tru.
Har-Tru’s mission is to create better places to play, by focusing on our customers, leveraging our knowledge and experience to most effectively serve their needs. Tracy Lynch, Director of Sales for Har-Tru, said, “Paul has a tremendous amount of knowledge in acrylic coatings and combine that with his gift of building meaningful relationships with architects, contractors, and engineers, this will only further help us support our mission.”
Harris commented, “I’m extremely excited and honored to have this opportunity to lead Har-Tru forward in the acrylic sports coatings segment. Har-Tru has a great reputation in the tennis industry of providing high quality premium products and I’m thrilled to be part of the team. The focus that they put on product development and creating innovated products is industry leading.
Harris was born and raised in Wise County, VA. He received his degree in Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Design from the University of Tennessee in 1993. He oversaw the installation of the “Delta” garden at Opryland Hotel in Nashville, TN from 1993-1995. Operated the Landscape Construction Co. specializing in brick paving in the Nashville area until 2003. After starting a family, Harris moved to York, PA and became the Mid-Atlantic territory manager for California Products (Currently ICP Construction) in 2004. His responsibilities expanded to include the South Eastern territory in 2016.
Harris resides in York, PA. with his wife, Tammy, son Morgan, and daughter Ella. He will be relocating to Charlottesville, VA soon.
