Schoolkids in Reading, Pa., are Ready for QuickStart Tennis

The city of Reading, Pa., hopes to have close to 1,000 youngsters playing QuickStart Tennis this summer across various outlets in the city. How did they get so many children interested in the sport? The city’s director of tennis, Larry Zerbe, and his staff went around to every fifth-grade physical education class in the city and equipped nearly every school with racquets, nets, and balls, so by next fall, QuickStart Tennis will be a component of elementary gym classes city-wide.
