GSI Executive Search Taps Andrew Minnelli for Racquet Sports Position
DALLAS - GSI Executive Search, an Ethos Club & Leisure Alliance company and one of the nation’s leading recruitment firms specializing in placements for the private club and hospitality industries, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Minnelli, USPTA, PTR as Principal.
Based in Rancho Mirage, California, Minnelli is a highly respected leader within the tennis and private club industry. In his 18-plus years in the business, he has effectively collaborated with private club boards, committees, members and staff to implement award-winning and innovative racquet programs and tournaments at some of the world’s most historic and iconic clubs.
Most recently, Minnelli served as Director of Tennis at the Seattle Tennis Club. Past roles include Director of Tennis Operations at the Riviera Tennis Club and Associate Director of Tennis at the Atlanta Athletic Club. Notable association involvement includes membership on numerous United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) boards and committees, including its National Executive Committee. Minnelli also served as Tournament Director of the Washington State Open’s USTA National 60s Indoors Championship; host of the ITA Women’s and Men’s National Indoors and Women’s All-American Tennis Championships; and host of the Atlanta Tennis Championship’s ATP 250 event.
As a Principal with GSI Executive Search based in Rancho Mirage, California, Andrew works in concert with Senior Principal Scott McNett, a decades-long tennis industry and executive search veteran, to orchestrate nationwide strategic placements between racquet sports professionals and associations, elite private clubs, semi-private clubs and resorts. Andrew also consults on short-term and long-range planning, management in transition, capital and operational budget management, tournament and charity event management and staff trainings.
