2019 USPTA World Championships Return During World Conference
LAKE NONA, Fla. - The United States Professional Tennis Association will host the 2019 USPTA World Championships at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino on Sept. 25 and 26 during the 2019 USPTA World Conference.
Play will begin on Wednesday, Sept. 25 at 3 p.m.
“We are extremely excited to have the World Championships at the World Conference this year,” USPTA vice president Rich Slivocka said. “We haven’t had a tournament at the World Conference since 2015 so we are thrilled about offering this to our members.”
The event will feature men’s and women’s singles and doubles tournaments with open and age group formats, as well as a mixed doubles open tournament. Matches will be decided by best of three sets using Fast4 scoring. First match loser consolation matches guarantee at least two matches per participant.

Prize money will depend on the size of the draws and be announced at a later date.
