The TIA worked with IdeaConnection, one of the world’s leading Open Innovation service companies, to develop the DISCOVERY CHALLENGE, an online competition designed to showcase innovation and solutions on how to increase tennis engagement and participation.
The DISCOVERY CHALLENGE consists of an Idea Rally® with awards given to participants not only for ideas, but also for contributing to the discussion.

Additionally, the top 3 to 5 ideas will be shared at the 12th annual TIA TENNIS FORUM in New York City during the Discovery Challenge session. The panel session will be moderated by Carlos Salum of Salum International Resources and joined by Lena Belogolova, Chief Behavioral Officer at EasyKnock, Founding Behavioral Scientist at Intellichanges,Inc. and former Facebook leader, along with a panel of industry leaders.
Whether you’re involved in tennis directly or indirectly, or in sports, marketing, health and wellness—or many other disciplines—the Idea Rally® is designed to help us work together to come up with ideas and solutions to how we can get tennis on the road to growth. There will be cash and other prizes for the best contributions, and there are no specific requirements for time commitment—you can participate as much or as little as you would like.
Once you’re signed up, you can enter ideas, vote ideas up or down, comment on ideas, vote on comments, and generally collaborate online with others to stimulate creative thinking and innovation with the tennis industry—all the while, discovering new directions and opportunities to grow the game we all love. And importantly, the more people we get to sign up, the more ideas we generate—so please pass this opportunity on to others, too.
