RAPS Demo Day/Welcome Party Set for USTA National Campus Jan. 23
NORWALK, Conn. (Dec. 20, 2018) - Racquet sports professionals can attend, free of charge, the Demo Day and Industry Welcome Party at the USTA National Campus on Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2019. The Demo Day and Industry Welcome Party—the “Lake Nona Experience XX19”—are part of the inaugural three-day Racquet & Paddle Sports Conference (RAPS), Jan. 23-25, in Orlando, Fla. Complimentary industry registration is required to attend and available at RacquetPaddleSportsShow.com.
Attending industry professionals will be able to test the newest products in real court conditions from a variety of tennis and racquet equipment companies showcasing the latest racquets, paddles, training aids, ball machines and more within 16 courts at the state-of-the-art USTA National Campus from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Additionally, attendees can participate in campus tours and watch professionals showcase their skills in live demonstrations. The Industry Welcome Party will begin at 5:30 p.m. and feature light drinks and appetizers, plus an opportunity to network with industry peers.
During the Demo Day, industry attendees will be able to participate in a free “RacquetFit Serve Screen” and “RacquetFit Certified” educational program, a $150 value, to learn the Body-Tennis Connection™ impacting a tennis serve and performance on the court. Complimentary round-trip transportation between the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) and USTA National Campus will be provided to all registered industry professionals presenting their event badge. Shuttles will begin to depart the OCCC at 3 p.m. and return from the USTA National Campus on a regular basis with the last bus departing at 7:30 p.m. Limited event parking also will be available at the USTA National Campus.
The Racquet & Paddle Sports Conference, a multi-faceted tennis, racquet and paddle sports industry event, also features a curated ONE2ONE buying summit, the sixth annual Tennis Industry Association’s Tennis Owners & Managers (TOM) Conference and a pavilion of racquet, paddle and tennis vendors and organizations, Jan. 23-25, at the OCCC.
