tasc partners with ITA
TEMPE, Ariz. — tasc Performance and the Intercollegiate Tennis Association are announcing their new partnership, whereby tasc Performance will serve as the official apparel sponsor for the ITA, with product available beginning in the Spring of 2017.
As part of the agreement, tasc Performance will develop logo apparel for all ITA officials and ITA staff, while also creating a discount program for ITA member coaches and member school programs.
Created in 2009, the New Orleans-based company was founded and is operated by a father and son, Al and Todd Andrews. The company’s BamCo® fabric finishing process combines viscose from bamboo and organic cotton to create fabrics that allow customers to achieve peak performance (moisture-wicking, UPF 50+), while also being durable and feeling great.
“We are excited to work alongside Co-Founder and CEO Al Andrews and his talented team at tasc Performance,” said ITA CEO Timothy Russell. “Since beginning my job as CEO of the ITA, I have looked to partner with companies that share a vision match with the ITA, and tasc Performance certainly embodies many of the qualities that make up the fabric of the ITA.”
tasc Performance co-founder and CEO Al Andrews added: “tasc Performance is very proud to partner with Timothy Russell, ITA CEO and all the other fine people at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association as the official apparel sponsor of the ITA. It is especially rewarding to be officially associated with an organization that operates with high professionalism and integrity.”
