Elshorbagy is 2015 ToC champion
24-year-old World No.1 Mohamed Elshorbagy reinforced his position at the top of the squash ladder with an impressive performance in the final of the J.P. Morgan Tournament of Champions to see off England’s Nick Matthew 3-1 and claim his fourth major PSA World Series title. Under the chandeliers in Grand Central Terminal’s Vanderbilt Hall both players produced a thrilling spectacle in front of a sold-out crowd.
“I wanted to win so badly and I’m proud to see my name join the illustrious list of previous Tournament of Champions winners.”
Mohamed Elshorbagy is playing with the TECNIFIBRE Carboflex 125 racquet and the 305+ string.
Great semi-finals appearance by Miguel Angel Rodriguez who took out Gregory Gaultier (2 PSA). The Colombian has proved himself as a real contender by entering the Top 10 (n°8 PSA). Semi finals appearance by our Nour El Sherbini in the womens’ draw.
