Tecnifibre signs Lane
Tecnifibre and Gilly Lane have signed a multi-year racket and strings agreement. Gilly Lane is an American squash player who played professionally from 2007-2012 The Philadelphia native has won three Professional Squash Association (PSA) titles, reached eight PSA Tour finals and held a world ranking as high as 48th.
As member of the US National Team since 2007, Lane has been runner-up at the US Nationals four times. In 2011, he helped the U.S. team to seventh at the World Championships in Paderborn, Germany, the team’s best finish at that event. Lane also was a member of the United States’ gold medal-winning men’s team at the 2008 Pan American Games in Cuenca, Ecuador.
He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he is currently the Assistant Coach.
He is also current United States Men’s Team Player/Coach and current United States Junior Boy’s Assistant Coach. Gilly Lane plays with the Carboflex 125 racquet and the 305 + string. He is a TECNIFIBRE ambassador with huge influence for the squash in the US.
