TIA to hold facility workshops
This day and a half workshop geared exclusively to Tennis Facility Owners and Managers will feature topics including how to make a profit in today’s economy, hiring and successful staffing, programming for youth and adults, retailing best practices, utilizing technology to drive membership and retention, and open discussion round tables on best practices with the speaker panel. Tennis marketplace research will also be presented and attendees have the opportunity to get a free assessment of their business and follow-up recommendations after the workshop.
