Travis Mettenbrink Joins Prince/Ektelon
Bordentown, NJ - Prince has added Travis Mettenbrink to its team as the newest Indoor Sales Representative. Mettenbrink, will become the second dedicated Indoor Court Sales Representative for Ektelon Racquetball and Prince Squash, joining Mike Orr who was appointed as the first indoor rep earlier this year for the territory of California, Nevada and Arizona.
“There are a lot of similarities between Travis and Mike. Both are top ranked racquetball players who are exciting to watch and they have great outgoing personalities and energy,” said Scott Winters, VP of Indoor Court Sports for Prince. “Both also have extensive sales backgrounds and great passion for the sport. They naturally love playing and promoting the game. I can’t wait to see Travis get involved in his new position and bring his extensive knowledge of our products and programs to an area of the country he has been involved with his entire career.”
Travis will work in conjunction with Prince Territory Representative, Craig Gansen, to cover indoor accounts and manage promotions in the territory of Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, Iowa and Missouri. Travis will also tag-team some efforts in his territory with former Ektelon Product Manager, Bryan Crosser who remains an Ektelon Product Development Consultant and top competitive player based in Ottumwa, Iowa.

Travis is also an accomplished tennis and squash player. His racquetball career began at the age of eight when first introduced to the game by his father. His impressive list of racquetball accomplishments includes; Nebraska State Singles Championships, two Men’s Open Doubles Championships three Mixed Open Doubles Championships and two National Doubles titles.
“This sport has given me so much - providing me with a number of meaningful relationships. I am extremely proud to be part of the Prince/Ektelon family - a company that has given so much to the sport, and I will do what I can to give back to the sport I love so much,” said Mettenbrink.
