PGA TOUR Superstore and Focuses on Tennis
PGA TOUR Superstore recently hired retail veteran Tiffany Grayson to head up their tennis division as part of a company-wide initiative to focus on tennis. The company recently opened their tenth store in December 2009 will now have stores in the Atlanta, Dallas, TX, Myrtle Beach, SC, Phoenix, AZ, and Naples, FL markets. Grayson, who previously owned & operated local retailer Coach Matt’s Tennis & More, will manage all aspects of the tennis business including buying, merchandising, in-store tennis services, marketing, sales, and grassroots partnerships. “Our plan,” Grayson states “is to re-introduce PGA TOUR Superstore as a force in the tennis industry.” PGA TOUR Superstore will introduce new product assortment and a tennis Preferred Plus Player’s Club in May as part of their new re-branding. Grayson adds, “Customers who shop at PGA TOUR Superstore will be offered a tennis experience unlike any other retailer in town. With tennis courts in most stores, expert tennis pros and stringers on site, and a wide selection of tennis apparel, footwear, and racquets our company is a one-stop shop.”
