WOWOW signs Japanese rising tennis star Kei Nishikori
Tokyo — Today, Japanese television station WOWOW proudly announced to have contracted promising Japanese tennis player Kei Nishikori for multiple years.
Nishikori will be the official representative of WOWOW’s tennis broadcasts at the Grand Slam Tournaments. WOWOW will broadcast Nishikori’s results in all the Grand Slam Tournaments and hopes to grow the excitement of tennis in Japan through Kei’ success on the tennis court. In addition, WOWOW will broadcast personal interviews with Kei and analyze his matches.
Also today, Kei Nishikori announced the launch of his first official website, keinishikori.com This official website will be supported and powered by WOWOW. Fans will be able to enjoy Kei’s blog, news, photos and video’s from practices to tournaments around the world.
In the coming months, Nishikori’s official website will start operating in both English and Japanese to communicate with his fans around the world.
