Opening in 2010, the masterpiece island will be managed by the acclaimed Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and will feature the most lavish spa in the Caribbean designed by Kengo Kuma. Dellis Cay will feature a wide variety of amenities ranging from a tennis center, a 9-hole golf course, a jogging trail and a full array of watersports activities such as certified scuba diving and windsurfing.

Currently available for public purchase are the newly launched Beach Villas by Shigeru Ban and Over Water Villas by Carl Ettensperger, one remaining Beach Villa by Piero Lissoni, Beach House Residences by Piero Lissoni and the West Beach Estates with unique designs by all six architects, for instance the singular Villa D by Zaha Hadid. 75% of the Beach House Residences have been sold and construction is in full progress.
